Default Thoughts on this Costco deal?

Hello everyone. First post here. I've owned a great set of couches for over 10 years and now its time to get a new set for the family room. I'm looking for a sofa and loveseat and came across this deal at costco. It appears to be pretty decent. I have researched on leather somewhat. Whats your thoughts guys? Should I get something else etc

If it's for the family room, I assume it will get a lot of use?

Personally, I would not buy a sofa from Costco. Not that I'm a snob or anything, just that I don't think the quality would stand up over time. Just my $.02.

I've never known any Costco furniture to have longevity. I look at it when I'm in their stores and just shake my head, its about as cheap as furniture can be made.

I'd suggest shopping lightly used, premium brands. Used upholstery does NOT resale well, and discounts are huge.

I don't have any makers I can recommend in leather to get a sofa and loveseat for $ 3K brand new. There are a few Bradington Young pieces that will work in close to that price but you'd have to bump up to closer to $ 3,500 to $ 4,000.
