New H&M Chair has arrived

We finally took delivery of our H&M Austin high back tilt and ottoman. We chose the Class II Berkshire tobacco and went with the extra full foam cores along with the stand nail heads and distressed mahogany wood finish.
I have to say it is a beautiful chair and ottoman. It is on the firm side and you sit a bit higher on the chair due to the foam seating. I hope it will break in in a bit over time. I ordered from a local dealer but Duane sure provided me tons of information for which I am thankful.

One thing sort of surprised me is that H&M made no mention of cleaning and maintenance only to "contact the dealer" about cleaning. That sure leaves the door wide open doesnt it?

You should have a care label affixed under the seat cushion to the deck, and also there is a care/production manual from H&M that was included in the box, along with warranty registration and a key fob.

Ok, under the seat cushion it says its protected leather. Contact the dealer or leather magic for cleaning instructions. I did get the key FOB and two warranty booklets with the "craftsmens" signatures. The two light blue warranty booklets make no mention on the care and cleaning of the leather.

Is there something else I should have received?

Did the extra full cores on your High Back Tilt chair break in to your satisfaction? In retrospect, would you still choose the extra full cores or would you go with the standard cores? Thanks.
