What's the pros and cons of each? The main con that I see with the non-removable is the fact that if a sofa gets used unevenly, one spot will show more wear than the other and they cannot be interchanged. Whats everyone's opinion?
That's the exact problem I had with my Norwegian leather sofa. No rotation or flipping of the pillows. Another reason to favor non-T cushions.
Are you talking SEAT or BACK cushions?
If just seat, then non-removable means a difficult repair if one is every needed, and you cannot consumer-replace the filling cores. I do not like them except in button-tufted styles for that reason.

I was referring to seat cushions. I am in the market right and continue to research because it is a fairly expensive purchase. I feel like removable is the way to go, but I would think with a nice leather sofa that had non removeable cushions should hold up well.
As long as you never puncture the leather or need a new core! I would not own an attached seat cushion sofa (tight seat ones are OK), because of that.
