    Default Luggage and Equestrian

I sat on a sofa today in Luggage leather. There was definitely a very noticable "squeak". I noticed where you said the Equestrian leather also squeaks since it is a saddle leather. Is it as noticable as the Luggage leather?

Equestrian is a 'saddle' leather, that is tanned and designed to be very much like a horse saddle. If you take a sample of it and rub the facing surface against itself, you will hear the 'squeak' just like a saddle. Luggage is a high end finished leather from Germany (going to become a GR 4 leather on July 19th) that make make a noise do to friction rubs, but typically not at the level of a true saddle leather.
