Sorry, I have no name for you.
I like the design; very creative. But why plywood and 2x4s? I am assuming from the leg style that it was made for indoor use rather than a shop.

Is there a name for a small table (maybe 30"x16") that stands about 30" tall? Serving table?, Hall table? I can add pictures if that helps.
