I really like the look of this ottoman. Would it work with the Journey sectional. Seat height is 20" and ottoman is 19.5". I know you recommed 2' lower on the ottoman. Is this something H&M can customize?
I'd like it at least 1" shorter, 18.5" should do it. Yes, they can alter it to that dimension without much difficulty and without a frame mod.
Here's one I did for a customer, we 2-toned the leather, added a specialty nail at the midpoint, and had gimp put at the base. Turned out pretty sharp. Its a BIG piece, too...mind the size!

That is gorgeous but now that you point it out it might be too large.
I thought the Carrington to be a beautiful ottoman also, and the dimension would make the Journey sectional just darn near a fold out bed. What brought me to a screeching halt in considering it was not the size but the "dog bone" shape...I thought I'd wind up with my none-too-boney hind end hanging in the void between the edge of the sectional and the middle edge of the ottoman.
The two-tone is a beauty though!

BTW, what leathers were used Duane, if I may ask?
You can 2-tone most any ottoman, and I think its a lot of fun to do so, rather than having a whole room full of the same color leather. If I recall correctly, I think that ottoman was done in two Kiplings, and if not Kipling, then Antelope.

It's weird what I remember. The leathers are Garfield Fawn and Mocha.
