Changing color of H&M leather

I happened to get a used H&M sofa. It is in a blue shade. I was wondering if I could change the color to brown using one of Leather Magic kits.

Has anyone tried out this crazy idea yet?

(I probably sound like a teenager wanting to change hair color to pink.)

I seriously doubt that would be successful. That kit is designed for spot touchup, or to restore a faded leather. Most likely you have a finished leather on your H&M sofa, and would require a professional to re-spray it in a dye. DIY would probably be a nightmare.
