They all have fire retardant in them, it's required by law. One of the ones more commonly used is Boric Acid, which sounds nasty but is generally considered as safe as table salt.
Royal Pedic makes a bed with absolutely no fire retardant in it, but they require a Doctor's Prescription (allergies) before they will sell it, as it would be consumed by fire faster than you can read this sentence.
