Would be the same as the cleaning/conditioning regimen for Hancock & Moore, which is on a sticky in the LEATHER forum.
"Mahogany" is the standard stain for most pieces when no color is specified.

Is it possible to get swatches? If so, how many should I limit it to?
Yes it is. Usually 10 to 12 on the first go 'round.

I liked the look of 9417-85 AP from your photo. Does B-Y have anything similar in a full aniline?

When you scale up from a swatch to furniture, will the furniture look lighter or darker than the swatch?
9417-85 is a semi-aniline. There are lots of leathers to choose from in BY, unfortunately they don't post photos of their leathers on line.
Leather can go either darker or lighter, or even different textures and tones. The ONLY way to be certain is to request a CFA (Cutting For Approval) prior to production of the leather you ordered, which will slow the build by appx. 4 weeks.

How long does it usually take to receive swatches? And when you order a piece of furniture to delivery whats the average time?
Sample swatches 5 to 7 days, build time is usually 6 weeks or less.

Do you have any experience with or pieces in your store of 9523-86. Whats the process for ordering internet/phone? With delivery is it curbside or in home?
I sat in that chair at Market last October and you know - its a nice sitting piece for its size. I found it comfortable. The 9523 is a hand-wiped full aniline hide that will display high/low shadows throughout the leather.
Orders are pretty simple. 20 % down (MC/Visa/Discover) or check mailed in, and balance due when the piece goes to the delivery service. For most customers, I use 'White Glove' delivery service (in-home placement) and you pay them for their service at time of delivery. A single chair is going to be shipping at a minimum charge however, so if you can get more than one piece on your order the delivery fees won't seem so steep. Delivery charges are based on location (I have a chart here on the forum from Sun Delivery you can use to figure it out based on where you live, current fuel surcharge is 1.26% and likely to rise):

I believe the chair in the picture (443-25) is the 9523-86 leather is that correct? I'm planning for that leather on the 502-25
