Its a slippery slope.
If you go in a store and see a piece in Capri or Quintessence, you're pretty well cooked....be thankful that few stores floor them! We're trained to carry the price-friendly leathers by our customers - who complain about pricing - so we dealers are very gun shy to put out GR4 leather on the floor. However when we do put them out, there is a marked increase in sales in those leathers (that reminds me to order something in those leathers for stock).
Mind the high-low contrast on Capri Birch. It's very aggressive and might not show in the samples.

It sure doesn't on my sample, thanks for the heads-up!
That Kent Sleeper I saw was done up in one of the Cameo Burnished leathers, and I loved the effect but the color just was not right for me. From the tiny sample, it looked like Capri Birch might have a similar but somewhat more muted effect. Instead, it sounds like the effect is more exaggerated than even the burnished leather.
Its not as heavily done as a burnished leather, but if you're not expecting some shade variance, the Capri Birch can catch you off guard. I would always recommend a CFA (Cutting For Approval) on that particular leather.

I can't see any of the images on this thread. Will getting photobucket solve that, anyone know? I've read through the whole thing.
That link, which didn't open till I copied it says $399/year. I guess I'd rather spend that on my furniture
I’m giving it a try with mixed results. Lots of pop-ups!

I’m doing something wrong. Maybe you don’t see the error message I do. It’s ok, not a big deal.

Can't tell you what is going on - I gave up on Photobucket a few years ago.....

Thanks!
Photobucket moved to a paid model in 2017, basically now is a website for professionals. The current free hosting service that most people use is Imgur.
