Customization by H&M

I see examples of channeling and quilting in the H&M sites, but they state they have other options as well. Do you know of a location to see the various options for quiliting? Can they customize a tight back recliner to have buttons or tufting?

On the H&M home page - the first screen - on the lower left corner will be the virtual "E-catalog", which is identical to the $ 50 dealer master book. Click that on and scroll to the DETAILING section and you will see the various options. Other than that, there is only a line drawing on page 11 if the price book that shows the four quilting options:

3" Diamond
5" Diamond
6" Diamond
1" Square

They generally will not customize a recliner to change to tufted or button back. If you absolutely had to have one, and were willing to pay a large custom charge - they would make an exception, I'm sure.
