Sure...
Pros:
Power allows you to stop the recliner anywhere along the motion range without settling into the detents as on a manual unit. Higher adjustment factor to find the sweet spot
Cons:
Higher initial cost. Motors are costly if you burn one up outside of warranty (rare)
Has to be near an outlet and you have a wire to hide
Can't get out of the chair when reclined nearly as quickly as a manual unit
