    Low post bed frames have an unforgiveable unmanagable feature, especially for the ocd. Low post seem to collect robes, pajamas, shirt too clean for laundry, too soiled to wear, etc. I opted for post just short of the ceiling.

    Oops, I just realized I should post my question here on the forum, rather than in the private message --

    The footpost height of the Provincial Panel Bed is 31", and my mattress and box spring together is 22.5" tall. I think the mattress top is probably going to be higher than the footposts. Do you think that will look okay? Is it possible to make the footposts a bit taller, or would that look weird?
