My mom bought this sectional probably 12 years ago and cannot find the original receipt. Unfortunately the place she bought it (Greenfront Furniture in Farmville, VA) claims they don't have records that far back and I am trying to find out how to get replacement cushions from H&M. Does anyone know the model of this couch and how I could go about getting cushions through the warranty? She is the original owner so the warranty should be good, right?
