Baker dining chairs - knockoffs?

A while ago I bought 4 Baker Milling Road dining chairs at a resale store. One chair has the Baker Milling Road metal ID, the others do not. The 3 unmarked chairs are almost identical to the Baker marked chair, but when I look closely I can see they are slightly different. All 4 chairs are beautiful and seem to be of the same quality. What do you think about the 3 unmarked chairs? Did some manufacturer copy the Baker chair?
