2 year old H&M leather already starting to crack

Hi Duane,
I purchased the H&M Miller recliner in Fenway leather about two years ago. The leather on one of the arms is looking bad, like it will soon start to crack. It has long deep lines in it. It is only on one of the arms and only in one section. I know H&M does not warranty their leather but I never expected this after only 2 years. I have emailed Hancock and Moore's customer service dept. with the photo but not sure if they will help me. Do you think they will?

Those are just use and stress marks, not cracks. Cracks you have to be concerned about are actual fissures in the leather that compromise the hide. What you have is considered normal in leather, just keep up with cleaning and conditioning on a regular bases (at least twice yearly) and you should be fine.

H&M prefers you contact you selling dealer with all questions and concerns, don't be surprised if don't get a reply to your email, or a response to that effect.
