Those are just use and stress marks, not cracks. Cracks you have to be concerned about are actual fissures in the leather that compromise the hide. What you have is considered normal in leather, just keep up with cleaning and conditioning on a regular bases (at least twice yearly) and you should be fine.
H&M prefers you contact you selling dealer with all questions and concerns, don't be surprised if don't get a reply to your email, or a response to that effect.
