Williamsburg Silver Chest in Cherry
I recently had a customer ask me for a nice, compact Silver Chest and don't have anyone I know making them, so I sent her photos of one I had made for myself and my wife about 15 years ago. This was patterned after one in the collection at Colonial Williamsburg and Kittinger built replicas of it in the 1980's. We enjoy ours a lot, and its not for sale - but I can have these made up by John Buchanan is there is any interest. Since I took photos of it for her, I thought I would post them here as well. Price is hard to say - I've not quoted it out, but I estimate it would come in $ 2,500 to $ 3,500 as shown in Cherry, Tiger Maple, Walnut or Mahogany.
