Got the samples today. Wow! That's a lot of leather! For anyone who's getting these - here's a pic with Inspector Zelda (a 28lb dachshund) to help you get an idea of how big this is.

I know! The good news is that there are lots of leathers that can be immediately eliminated, like all the snake skins and the 7,000 colors of Document. Still, PLENTY to choose from.

Oh, and H&M sent me large samples of Ricardo Basil and Ricardo Mocha, so I added them to the ring. They are REALLY nice, and given that they're Grade 5's, I'm kinda glad the colors didn't work for me!

Yep. Sofas seem to go up about a grand per leather class. I'm very glad I liked the Tiburon (class 3) best!

I just took a local order for several pieces in Ricardo - which means I'll have lots of good photos when the furniture arrives.

The "Shop at Home" set is currently in Bismark ND and there is someone in line for them after that in Texas, I believe. You can get on the list for it after that if you like. I have expanded the 'kit' to included not only all the updated leathers, but all the wood samples, a current nail board, print catalogs and a retail price list with discount factor to figure your buy price. In short, everything you need short of a sales pitch. This is 40 lb in the box now, so its going to have a shipping fee of $ 35 that you will be expected to pay and I ask that you keep all leathers and wood samples in alphabetical order and keep them no longer than 10 to 14 days.
