Leathercraft care instructions

Hi all.

I'm brand new here, and brand new to furniture in general, really. Tomorrow I am set to purchase (used) a leathercraft sofa model 1930 (or it might be 1040). It is two cushion, but I am unsure if it is a custom 1040 or the 1930 with custom feet. It is Durham Peacock in color. What would your recommendations for general care of this be? Should I clean it upon arrival? I'm purchasing it for an extremely low price, but have been told it is in great condition.

And if you possibly know, how does it sit? Is it comfortable?
