Default Introduce myself to the Forum, looking for a BY Sectional

I just thought I'd write a few lines to introduce myself to this GREAT Forum.

My wife and I are looking for a sectional and are pretty sure we have narrowed it down.
We love the look of the Reid found in this post:
    http://www.myfurnitureforum.com/show...ighlight=power

We also like the Grade 4 9055-88 Brighton Chocolate found here:
    http://www.myfurnitureforum.com/show...ight=chocolate

The Reid in the post is not quite the configuration we are looking for but I have sent a PM to Duane looking for a quote.

    Thanks,
    Bill

I like that sectional too. Last time I looked BY only had it in Loveseat/Wedge/Loveseat configuration. But was pleased they added more options when I looked this time:

Wonder what the dimensions are on the pieces...

We really liked the Reid and PM'd Duane for a quote but they do not have a square corner for that sectional. Boo, hiss......My wife does not like recliners, but I do, so she would sit with her back up against the square while I would sit in the left facing recliner. Really burst our bubble.....Any ideas on comparables??

There are 90-degree corner sectionals out there, but I can't recall any that have recliners built in the ends, those are all round-corner wedges. There may be some in lines I don't carry. Do you have to have the 90 degree corner?

We are re-thinking our seating arrangements. This setup is too beautiful.... I can't stop looking at it...lol.
I sent you a PM. Could you includes the dimensions?

    Thanks!

    Bill and Duane,
Looking at the BY website for the Reid sectional, they have the following pieces:
    "LAF sofa return"
    "RAF sofa return"

I thought the return pieces incorporate a square corner.

The site also lists corner wedge and LAF, RAF sofas.

There was no square corner. You can't order the sofa without a recliner. These were pretty much deal breakers for my wife.

OK, turns out they are now offering the 912 series with 90 degree corners. I was able to get this layout of the 912 series sent to me from BY showing the various configurations and dimensions. In .pdf format

    912 Motion Seating Program2.pdf

You will need Acrobat reader 9.0 or better to view it (I had to reduce the file size)

    Fantastic!

Could you quote me on the L.A.F Sofa Return -73 and the R.A.F Sofa -62? Could you also quote me on the Armless Chair -38, in case we want room for a table of some sort?
Leather = Manhatten Gold Brown 9514-87

    So that would put the dimensions at 94 X 118 or 94 X 142 1/2?

    Thanks,
    Bill
