Default Pencil Post canopy bed - trying to ID

I'm looking for possible tips on how to ID the manufacturer, or where else to ask. It looks like there was, at one point, a paper label on the back of the bed, but it is gone. In the back is marked "910-167 11,83 MADE IN USA", so I'm thinking it was made 11/83. Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks.

So my next question is, with some condition issues (one of the posts is cracked at the top), and some surface scratches; what is a fair asking price when I try to sell? Hate to sell it but it won't fit up the stairs!! So it is of little use to me .

It's interesting that there is no Link Taylor mark on it, as I'm now seeing that on other pieces (but not on bedframes) I am now seeing in searches.

You have a glued-up bed, and that's not the best kind to have because as you have discovered it doesn't break all the way down so it can go up stairways, and over time those glue bonds can (and usually will) loosen and make the bed squeak. The small cracks and checks are nothing to be concerned about. Pencil Post beds are not as popular as they once were. Yours is what is known as a Marlboro Foot model. $ 800 is how I would price that if it were in my store.
