Low seating ideas?

The wife and I are in the process of building a home and we are having trouble with the breakfast nook, 12' x 12'. We do not want a traditional breakfast table and chairs. We would prefer to have low, comfortable seating, 4 seats.

I am having trouble finding low seating options. Our budget is around $2,000.

Any advice and/or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Afraid I don't understand the question here....sorry. You mean you just want to put (4) upholstered chairs in that space instead? How low is low?

We want a casual table and 4 chairs. The table would sit lower than a normal breakfast table with comfortable, cushioned chairs.
