So today I looked at the H&M Sundance, Member, and a few other pieces. Forgive the rookie questions but to me they felt "hard" for lack of a better word. I guess what I'm saying is I would like a sofa where I feel like I comfortably sink into it, as opposed to feeling like I'm sitting "on top" of the cusion and against the back cushions. Could you recommend what I'm feeling or something better suited to what I'm looking for. To be honest I thing H&M is out of my price range so will be looking at a BY piece from your recommendations.
Quick follow up question too. Does BY make anything with a decorated back as this will be a floating sofa?
They do not that I'm aware of. That's rather costly to do, so its in the Hancock & Moore domain mostly.
As to the firmness of H&M, you may be used to sitting on blown-out sofas? You can plush-up an H&M by adding Ultra Down Cushions in the seat and back, but to 'sink into' a piece is a sign of suspension failure.
