Default H&M Journey vs BY Dillon

    Hi Duane,

I' choosing between H&M's Journey sofa (in Town and country program http://www.hancockandmoore.com/produ...?productid=859 ) and BY's Dillon sofa (in Married Cover program http://www.bradington-young.com/amer...E&style=764-95). I tried both and although both are comfortable, the BY feels a little more comfortable. Can you give some suggestion as to how the two compare? The BY one is cheaper but I do'nt know in terms of leather how much worse it is. I also can't find much information about the leather used in BY's Dillon sofa 9840-86. Can you please also give me a quote on both including sofa, love seat, chair and ottoman? Thank you very much.

    B-Y # 764-95 sofa (all in leather 9840) : $ 2,058
    B-Y # 764-75 loveseat: $ 1,985
    B-Y # 764-25 chair: $ 1,260
    B-Y # 764-OT ottom: $ 463

plus transport/delivery fees based on your location. The 9840 series hide is a married cover, and that will be a leather that is cut and sewn in China and sent to B-Y as a kit to be applied to the pieces when made. It's an Aniline Plus with a slight pebbly texture and would give decent service duty there is no need to shy away from it. As to differences between the builds on H&M and B-Y that has been exhaustively covered here on the forum previously and you can find that info using the search feature.
