Just had an inquiry from a customer to see if the ever-popular 9503 Kodiak will fit through a 31.25" basement door opening. I called Jimmy Moore and he went to the production line, measured one - and called me back and said as long as the cushions are taken off ahead of time, it will go through a 29.75" doorway. So here's a data point for folks and that's good, because I would have thought closer to 33" on a Kodiak just from experience. Great sofa, Great sit....and now we know it can get through some smaller doorways.

Duane,
Thank you for checking into this for me. It makes a world of difference to know that you have that type of relationship with the brands that you sell. All the more reason for me to order from you exclusively. Now if i can just narrow down my list...
Glad to do it and so is Jimmy Moore. This is one of the reasons I like their product so much, they go the extra mile for their customers whenever they can. Jimmy was upstairs, stopped what he was doing and went downstairs in the plant, pulled a Kodiak off the line to measure it then called me back all in 15 minutes. Not to knock Bradington-Young (which I also sell) but when I ask them for something like this they say "We don't know and no one here can tell you, just make your own guess." As you can see, H&M is a 'yes' company and B-Y is a 'no' company, that's just the way they are. "Yes" companies are better and when you need something they are much more likely to respond favorably.
