I've been decussing my order by phone for the McNary sofa and would like to verify, if possible, we have the correct term for nail feature along the top back as seen in the photo here. Is this top base band extra nail?

That would be a custom feature and the terminology would be to "Add Nails along the Inner Back Border" if ordering the piece.
