Hi,
New member here. This forum was very helpful when we purchased a Bradington Young sectional and loveseat two years ago.
We have been very disappointed by the resiliency of the cushions - particularly the seat backs. The heavier-used ones are particularly bad - the cushion gets very crushed down and the leather wrinkled. Taking them out and flattening/redistributing the cushion doesn't seem to do much. What are our options for getting this remediated? It appears to be a down-based cushion, not sure if there is a replacement option that will be firmer and help prevent the leather from wrinkling.
The seat cushions are mostly OK. For those that need to be replaced, it looks like BY will replace those free (plus shipping and handling), correct?
Thanks - Chris
All Down-content cushion cores will have some 'puddling' and cause leather wrinkling. A solid Poly-Dacron cushion core, especially at the 21 oz density level will maintain appearance better but not sit as softly. In most cases you would have to purchase a second set of cores as it does not seem the originals ones have failed, just you would prefer them more form fitting. Contact your selling dealer for help with this issue.
Good luck.
