I've followed you for years, back to garden web days.
I found a BY sectional 171 in 9067 espresso leather this weekend for 2995. LAF loveseat and RAF sofa. It's smaller than I was wanting, but the price seems great.
Thoughts on price and leather?
Thanks!
That's several hundred dollars below dealer cost. If it new, how can you not like the price?

Yes sir it's new. Wasn't sure what dealer cost was as pricing is difficult to find. Thanks for the reply. I'm buying it. Can't pass up that price!
I suspect you will be the lucky recipient of a pricing error by the store personnel. Sectionals come as two pieces, and are invoiced as two separate pieces by Bradington Young on their invoices. $ 2,995 would be the normal retail price of a one-half of that sectional, they missed the second piece when they set the price in inventory, at least that's guess on why a new one is that price. That's how much below dealer cost that is on a new piece. That sectional in most stores should be $ 5K to $ 6K. At $ 3K, I can only assume a pricing error is in play.

Maybe there are two price tags.
