Help with Living Room Furniture

We just moved and are planning on buying living room furniture. We really love sectionals but I am not sure how well one will work in this space. And we want at least one stand alone recliner. We will mainly use the room to hang out and watch TV. Any ideas?

In case the picture is hard to read - the left wall is 13'-5", the top wall is 16'-5" with 72" patio doors and the right wall is 18'-10".
