    Default H&M warranty question

    So I have a lifetime on the seat cushions as they detach but the seat backs are attached. What can be done with the backs in the future if I have an issue?

    Which model piece are you referring to? If it has a zipper on the bottom of the casing on the back cushion, it can be replaced. If fully sewn in, it cannot without a full teardown of the piece and a return to the factory.
