We are looking for a round solid wood kitchen breakfast table to fit 6-8. More of a transitional look. We would also like to get good quality leather upholstered chairs for it. Any particular brands and or styles recommended?
Round generally are going to be oval tables once leaves are put in them to accommodate 6 to 8 people. The most you will get around the majority of a round tables is 5 people - sometimes 6, the tables just get too large to move hold 8, it would be big it would not fit through your 7' doorway, and be so heavy as to make them impractical. There are really not enough details in your post to make recommendations. Sorry.
Good luck in your search.

Thanks Duane. What other info do you need? Anything solid wood with a more transitional look. Even a table that sits 4-5 is fine. I really need ideas of ones I can purchase. Any recommendations at all?
Price point? Wood ? For example, this Kindel table is one of their top sellers...but at 60" its going to be a 5 seater, or a tight 6 (no extensions). Also around $ 5K I think.

I am not a Kindel dealer at this time, though they would like me to become one, together with Karges and the Councill i already have. I like much of what they do and its well made, but am not sure of the market for my customers due to the price points. But look around on that page, all good stuff.

Ok I see I forgot key details! We would like to stay around 1-2k for the table. As for wood any hardwood. Preferably a lighter Colored wood/stain.
