Re: Hancock & Moore Tufting Repair Needed
Generally this can be repaired by an in-home upholstery service. What Hancock and Moore usually does is ask the dealer to get a quote for the repair, and then they will allow up to a certain dollar amount on it for a 2-year-old sofa. Anything over and above that the store or retail customer takes care of. It's been a few years since I had a popped button issue, however they are not particularly hard to fix. Ask your selling dealer to contact H&M customer service on it.
Tip: Call around and see who will come out and do it in your area and what they charge. Your selling dealer will probably say 'We don't know who will do the repair' and if you have the info ready for them, it will make your life easier. You should be able to find someone in most areas to do it for $ 100 or less, its a 10 minute fix.
