H&M office chair

Hello - this forum has been an incredible source of information. I am slowly trying to acquire H&M... Next up will be a sofa. But I was hoping to get an opinion on this office chair I found on CL. The seller has come down to $300... Is this a fair price?

Ha, "like new never sat in" when the seat is wrinkled and faded, yeah... but anyway I think $300 is a great price for that chair if you go and look at it and it is in decent shape. I see it doesn't have wheels, so that might be a consideration for you for an office chair.
