Hello, I just purchased H&M Armstrong Chair & Ottoman at a consignment shop for $1300. Pics attached. Near new, smoke/pet free. I have paid w/ my Visa and going to pick it up this week (i live 2 hrs away). I could still change my mind once i see it in person, if the color isnt right. Wondering what the leather is, it appears to be Juno soft blue or Kip Denim? What would this set retail for new? Is $1300 a fair asking price?
