Default Need recommendation on reading chairs for bedrooms

    Hi there!

I would like to ask for recommendations on good quality fabric upholstery chairs. I hope to get chairs with solid wood frame, made in the US, and hopefully not more than $1000 each. Does the 8 way hand ties also recommended for chair or only for sofa? Thank you.

I don't think you will find it at that price point, good luck in your search.

How's about $1,500 budget for each chair? What brands would you recommend? Have you heard about Kincaid or Fairfield brand?

You should be able to find something around $ 1,500 in price depending on the style and cover, and willingness to accept an 'engineered hardwood' (plywood) frame. There are very few companies building with Solid Wood frames and true 8-way hand-tied spring suspensions these days. That kind of construction will put you in the $ 1,900 to $ 2,800 range per chair.

I do not know what kind of chair you are looking for (style, cover, etc) and generally I do not recommend 'brands' per se - as i do not know the build structure of all the hundreds of makers out there specifically enough to do so.
