We have a Beachfront room on 3rd floor and rented from the timeshare owner rather than direct from Marriott, and it's half the cost that way. View from our balcony...
Duane,

I used to sell timeshares few years ago & always found that Marriott & Wyndam owners felt they were most satisfied with their timeshares, but they also pay the highest maintenance fees of any other owners out there!

Are you all deeded owners, or non-deeded points owners? Unfortunately, timeshares don't really have any kinda resale value so I always advised owners if they can get out from under their deeded ownership & into a trust based, non-deeded system to do it & as fast as they could.

Marriott is definitely one of the better companies out there in the business, but those deeds are def something you do not want to be saddled with years down the road.

Looks like a beautiful resort!
