Morning Commute

I'm getting back into bicycling at age 62 and overweight. Today was the first day I rode into work at the store 14.8 miles and 1 hour, 8 minutes. Great ride in, had a blast. I'm trying to do at least 60 miles per week and having so much fun on my A2B Alva+ that I find excuses to go out on it. Note this is an E-Bike, with a battery boost assist, and that makes all the difference on the steep, long hills we have here in Virginia.
