Century Dining Room

We're planning to come visit The Keeping Room in December to outfit our new (a little too large) house. But I saw this listing on Craigslist and knew that Duane had recently become a century furniture dealer and thought I may get a start on outfitting the house with a dining room table. At 2500, is this a screaming hot deal?
