Duane...I have sent pictures of the chair cushion and bustle to my dealer and will let you know how the dealer/store handles this. They are going to send the pictures to Hancock and Moore and let me know when they hear from them. I will keep you posted.

What I would suggest you do is contact your dealer and have your dealer say 'I want to order a set of "extra full" cushions for a # 2038 Chair at customer's request" and use the photos as supporting documentation.
If they simply email photos to H&M without requesting a course of action, there is a high probability that nothing will happen, or it will take months as the photos are bounced around from one person to another.
