What I would suggest you do is contact your dealer and have your dealer say 'I want to order a set of "extra full" cushions for a # 2038 Chair at customer's request" and use the photos as supporting documentation.
If they simply email photos to H&M without requesting a course of action, there is a high probability that nothing will happen, or it will take months as the photos are bounced around from one person to another.
