Default Bradington Young Hanley sofa and Tate Sofa

I really like the looks of the tate and the hanley sofas see pictures below. I have a few questions:

    1) Which one has a deeper seat? i know they both say 23", but i'm pretty sure every model will have different measuring points?? is it possible to get these models, but deeper (custom)?
    2) Can you get the tate without the nailheads?
    3) I really like a soft down feather feel like cushion. I'm not too familiar with BY's cushion options...can you tell me which ones are the soft kinds, pros and cons of each?
    4) the type of leather I like is smooth and kind of loose around the cushion cause i feel that would me it softer...any suggestion on kind of BY leather?
    5) When are the "big" sales for BY? What do they entail? Would these models be included in non "married" leather options?

Bradington Young does not customize - at all.
Specs are on the website for each model, variances of 3/4" or so from one to another are irrelevant, that's build tolerances from hand-making each piece.
Premier Down is the standard cushion and I would not change it (we had this discussion on the phone earlier today)
B-Y does not run a sale period per se. Dealers can request them from time to time and run in-store promotions.
