Default Help finding the right club chair

I'm a bit lost in my search for a club chair and came upon this forum; I'd like some direction if someone wouldn't mind offering it.

I'm looking for a club chair to be used as an audio listening chair in my office, here are the features I'm trying to find:

    1. full-grain leather
    2. vegetable or aniline tanned
    3. very high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail
    3. design that is transitional or a touch more modern than fully traditional designs
    4. and this is probably where I'm running into trouble, but a price-point at or below $2k, though for something truly exceptional, eg an heirloom piece, I'd consider going up to $3k.

Any manufacturers, online stores, or other guidance would really be appreciated.

Below is an example of the design I'm looking for (though I have no idea who makes it)

My favorite chair for what you describe happens to be this one, which I have in my own home. I could sit in this chair all day long and listen to music (and have been known to do so). It's Full Top Grain, Italian Aniline Hide, Ultra Down Seat, Strongest and Best Frame in the industry and as you can see the workmanship is second to none. And I happen to think the comfort level is outstanding.

However, as shown it will be slightly over your heirloom max price, though without the hand-lacing the price would come down by almost $ 700. That hand-lacing is pricey, but I had to have it as it makes the piece so unique.

Take a look around at www.hancockandmoore.com for other styles, there are many.

    Wow, that chair is epic!

Thanks for your quick reply. I thought Hancock and Moore were out of my price range, but I'll dig around.

    Thanks again!

BTW, Here's the chair in your photo that you submitted, those are the Hancock and Moore Ashmore Chairs in a GR 3 burnished leather:

As for pricing, you have to get it from the right dealer...lol

Also, this chair is in the JUST IN TIME promotion in the nice Italian hides (Utopia, upper right). If this suits you, its very aggressively priced. I can't quote prices here (you can request a price in the private QUOTES section), and it will be closer to your original target price.
