What kind of H&M chairs/leather are these?

Hi, came across these H&M chairs on the local Craigslist. The current owner doesn't know what type of chairs or leather they are. I am told they are not a set. One is taller/wider than the other although the arms/lower side seems very similar. The leather is dark blue in color. The pics posted is a bit fuzzy.

I'm hoping the collective wisdom of the experts here can shed some light on this. Any guess on what kind of chairs they are and what type of leather they might be?
