Default Seat cushions and worn spring

My wife and I purchased our couch fifteen years ago in another state where we lived at the time, and recently one of the springs gave out. In addition, the seat and back cushions don't provide much support anymore. My question is, is there a company I could send them off to for repair? I don't know who made the sofa. The place we bought is no longer in existence and there are no visible tags on it. Thanks.

You can take it to any upholstery service close to you and they can perform all that work. However, get an estimate first, because frequently that sort of thing can exceed the cost of buying a new one.
