    Default Lever Problem

    Hello,

I just got a brand new Stratolounger for Christmas. I am having a really hard time getting the lever to go all the way back into the upright position. My husband used WD40 on the mechanisms to recline the chair. Any suggestions on how to make it work easier. The floor model at the store was very easy to use, it came back in the upright position with ease. I'm concerned that I may be in the chair one day and no one else is home and I'd be stuck! LOL. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

Sounds like a binding issues in the recliner mechanism, or that it may have got bent in delivery or shipping. I would contact your selling dealer and discuss with them, its not likely to improve on its own.

Sounds liked there are some issues with the level mechanism. Are you sure that it was working properly when you bought it?
