Unpacked this for a customer's delivery this coming Saturday, and .... Wow.....this is the sofa I want to replace my two aging Leathercraft units. This one was fitted with the Q21 Extra Firm Seats and like Goldilocks says "It's just right". The back is not as firm as you would be led to believe based on looks alone, has some "Cush" and again "Just right". Now whether my wife will like this I'm not sure - but this is what I want for my family room, a pair of these facing one another would be perfect, even the color is great. Check out those fat wrinkles on the sides and back, you don't get that with painted leathers! Obviously - recommended.
