Default Mixing a loose cushion sofa and a tightback loveseat

    Hello,

We are planning to get a sofa and a loveseat for our living room. The Monaco sofa is so far the top on our shortlist. We see that the Tulip sofa and the French curve sofa have identical arm rests to the Monaco. Our loveseat would have to be custom.
Considering the similar arm rests, would it be a good idea to mix the Monaco sofa with either the Tulip loveseat/French curve loveseat ?

Both the Tulip and the French curve have the tight back cushion but the backrests are curved unlike the Monaco. Both sofa and loveseat would have the same leather. I have a feeling it is easier to mix loose cushion and tightback between a sofa and a chair but not sofa and a loveseat.

Would love to hear some opinion.

    Thank you.

I don't think there is a hard and fast decorating rule on channeled vs tight vs cushion back, not at all. In my opinion, you can mix and match to your content with the styles, they will all harmonize.
