    Default Hancock and Moore on Craigslist

    Longtime lurker, 1st time poster here. The forum has been a great resource in educating me on furniture construction and quality. Thanks to all! I'm in the search process of making my first purchase of a high quality sofa and loveseat / chair.

    Found this Hancock and Moore sofa and chair with ottoman. There is some puddling on the back cushions but it looks decent. I have no idea as to the age.

    What would the general consensus on condition of these pieces: Fair, Good, or Great? Asking price is only $600 for the set but I'd pay more for better condition if these are starting to wear....
