Default New at the store - High Point Showroom Item Specials from Hancock and Moore

These will be at my store shortly, they have been shipped.

Unfortunately, I cannot re-ship these for a reasonable price unless you purchase them before I un-box them (then you can't see them!). Pretty much these are for local-to-Washington DC folks or anyone willing to drive to my store and pickup if you are out of the area. There are Showroom Samples from the Hancock & Moore High Point October Market with HUGE discounts on them. One only at these prices, may show very light use from the five days at Market, but I expect them to be near perfect.

    (cash/check price - credit cards add 3%).

    (1) # 9398 Jockey Club Chair in Cameo Bone-Burnished. Premium Java High Sheen wood finish. TTT nail trim. Beech wood frame. Hand-painted city scene on the back of Historic Charleston SC. MSRP is $ 4,530. One unit ONLY @ $ 1,490 Here's a really poor photo of it:

    (1) # 6514-1 Trooper Chair in Buckingham Walnut Burnished. Mahogany Distress wood, R & S nail trim. MSRP is $ 7,533. One unit ONLY @ $ 1,596 SOLD

    (1) # 6393-1 Adler Chair in Tiburon Ocean, Premium Frame Builder's Maple finish, A nail trim. MSRP is $ 3,900. One unit ONLY @ $ 1,290 SOLD

I'll photo them once they arrive and are taken out of the box. Prices like this rarely come along - I bought all I could but they went so quickly (other dealers snapped them up as well) so just three pieces this time. H&M fully inspects each one and sends it out in as-new condition.

How close is that Buckingham Walnut Burnished to matching my Hyde Park Brownie Burnished?

It won't match at all, it will contrast nicely, however. Its an amber color. Do a search here for that leather, there will be photos of it.

These three chairs have arrived and look GREAT. These are first-come, first-served and one only. Priced as above in the first post and I expect all of these will be gone very quickly, the price is incredible. Available in the store to see and purchase. Self-Transport or we will deliver up to 2 hours from the store for a fee. These cannot be shipped except by a blanket wrap service of your choice.

    # 9398 Jockey Club Chair first, hand-painted motif of Historic Charleston SC : Spectacular, nice sitting chair, upright and fairly roomy. This is very showy and for the true leather furniture collector that wants something unique.

    # 6393-1 Adler Chair. Another roomy, upright and well-sitting chair. Very handsome, the premium wood finish really makes it pop.

    # 6513-1 Trooper Chair. This is a fireside slouch chair, is not large in scale and has relaxed sit to it. They did a special treatment on the nail trim on this one, burnished over them for the showroom model. Sharp!

These came out so well, and sold so quickly that I'm going back to the well and getting three more pieces from the Hancock & Moore High Point Showroom. Takes about a month for them to arrive at my store since they have to go to the showroom and get them, then return to the factory to box and ship to my store.

Coming in - will have similar aggressive pricing. One only. As before, check/cash pricing in-store. Photos are stock images and not in the leather they will be arriving in.

In the store today, these are three items from Hancock & Moore's High Point Showroom at very aggressive price points. One only. May have slight use marks on them, however I did not see anything on any of them that would give me pause for concern. Photos will be in the three posts

UL-6429-S in Carbrini Spruce GR 2 : This is a tremendously comfortable swivel chair and it might be the best-sitting one they have in the line. As I was unpacking it, my Fed Ex driver who comes by daily said he wanted to try it out - and he did. He said "Wow, how much?" I told him $ 1,279 for this unit and he said "I'll buy it". But then I had to tell him another customer already has first refusal on it. So I don't think this one is going to be available ....

This is a new hide for H&M, and its quite soft and supple. It's a pure aniline that will show pressure marks. Its rare to see this high quality a leather priced at a GR 2. Photos are in bright sunlight, this will look darker inside. This is NOT a gray, its a spruce color, dark green/gray.

I'm 5' 11" with a 30" inseam and and this recliner is made for someone taller than me, or at least with a longer inseam. It should feel really good to someone 6' 1" or taller, might be a little on the oversize side if you are less that 6' tall. The leather is from Italy and a Full Top Grain which is hand-rubbed with a protective finish - that's the kind of leather you don't see too often due to the high price of this kind of treatment. Wood finish is English Tudor, nail trim is "S" - small Truscan.

Last two photos show the TV recline position, then fully laid back as far as it will go.

In the store this date and available to purchase
