Duane,
I've seen various post replies you've made recommending the Vaseline Intensive Care Hand Lotion for accidental scratches/marks made on Burnished leathers (Class 3 etc.).
The Class 3 pull-ups have a waxed top finish from what I've read.
Can accidental scratches/marks inflicted on pull-up Class 3 leathers, not natural leather aging marks etc., be handled in the same manner with same/similar results using Vaseline Intensive Care Hand Lotion?
Is using Vaseline Intensive Care Hand Lotion in small amounts on the Class 3 pull-up leathers a no-no?
Would using minimal amount of Ivory soap & water be another alternative for healing these undesirable scratches/marks?
I know you highly recommend the Leathermagic kits (believe that's the product) for regular maintenance.
Thanks

Hand lotion works GREAT on blemishes on burnished leathers - it can help on pull-ups but the pull-up oils and creams in the Leather Magic kits are better. Even then, they will not totally make pressure marks dispensary in pull-ups hides, they are designed to show those markings.
Soap and water is just cleaning, nothing else. Don't use too much water OR too much soap. More like damp with a swipe of bar soap. It will leave your leather looking flat and lifeless, though. The kits restore the luster.
